This high-performance motor features class H insulation and are open-ventilated for energy efficiency and cool operation. This series of Linde pallet jacks are fitted with heavy-duty, bottom-mounted Kordel drive units that feature a top seal turntable bearing with encapsulated ball bearings, which can easily be lubricated from the top down. These high-capacity drive units are designed for maximum life and dependability thanks to heat-treated chromium and steel gears.
Offered as standard equipment are microprocessor-based GE transistor travel controls. These electronic controls eliminate forward/reverse contactors, numerous relays, resistors and diodes. Two unique speed limits, anti-rollback and regenerative braking come as standard features on these travel controls. The travel controls are also fully programmable to meet your specific application requirements and feature diagnostic capabilities with stored fault codes. When combined with the GE SEM drive motor, this electronic package delivers unbeatable truck control and performance with excellent energy efficiency.
Linde’s ECR series of electric rider pallet trucks accomplish smooth, controlled braking three different ways. One way is to apply the hand brakes, while another is via the auto brake. Finally, regenerative braking can be used.
An integral hydraulic pump/motor assembly is vertically mounted to the frame of the ECR electric rider pallet truck, and features a large, translucent, poly tank that allows operators to visually check the hydraulic oil level.
Linde’s ECR series of electric rider pallet trucks are built to last. The frames of these pallet jacks feature a fixed platform height and all seam-welded unitized construction. Maximum durability and protection for all these machines’ vital components is provided for by plate steel contoured to shape for rigid strength. All forks on these pallet jacks are of a heavy-duty, one-piece channel fork design.

They are made from 100 percent recyclable material, which is the same rugged material used by large construction machinery OEMs.
Finally, the operator control handle of these pallet trucks feature a heavy-duty cast design and construction while sealed wiring harness connectors prevent moisture and contaminants from interrupting truck operation in all environments.
