Have your recommended annual/2000 hour service on your 3K-10K lb Capacity lift trucks performed by our trained professionals. We also recommend you consider purchasing a Premium Maintenance Plan to help keep annual service costs and regular maintenance costs down. Our annual service covers all of the following:

Frame & Chassis:

• Inspect Overhead Guard, Grips, Mounting Bolts
• Inspect Seat & Seat Belt Assemblies
• Inspect Hood, Hinges & Seals
• Inspect all Decals, Data Plate and Warnings
• Inspect Counterweight – Bolts & Fitment

Electrical System:

• Check Alternator Operation
• Check Starter Draw & Operation
• Check Instrument Panel Lamps & Settings
• Check all Warning Devices (drive & mast interlock, horn, backup alarm, parking brake buzzer, strobe, etc.)
• Clean/Check Battery Amp Rating
• Inspect Wiring Harnesses & Connectors

Engine:

• Replace Engine Oil & Filter
• Perform Valve Adjustment – replace Cover Gasket
• Perform Compression Test & Replace Spark Plugs
• Check Cylinder Head & Manifold Bolts & Nuts
• Check Exhaust System, Engine Mounts, Oil Leaks
• Replace Air Filter
• Drain Tar in Vaporizer & Replace Fuel Filter
• Check Fuel Injection Nozzle & Relearn ECM Settings
• Check all Vacuum, Air, Cooling & Fuel Hoses & Fittings
• Flush Out Cooling System
• Replace Fan Belt & Radiator Cap
• Clean/Inspect Radiator Core & Inspect Fan

Transmission:

• Perform Main & Clutch Fluid Pressure Test(s)
• Flush Transmission & Clean Strainer
• Adjust Inching Cable
• Inspect Spools & Check Transmission for leaks

Hydraulic System:

• Check/Adjust Hydraulic Pressure
• Replace Hydraulic Oil & Return Filter
• Clean Tank Strainer
• Inspect all Hosing, Piping & Joints/Fittings
• Check Control Valve, Pump, Switches & Levers
• Inspect all Cylinders, Rods & Seals
• Inspect Steering Gear Box & Hosing

Mast, Carriage & Attachment:

• Clean/Inspect/Lubricate Mast Rails, Chains & Trunnion Bearings
• Check Al Mounting Bolts, Pins & Nuts
• Lubricate Attachment Slides, Pivots, etc.
• Adjust Lift Chains as needed

Front & Rear Axles:

• Drain/Refill Differential
• Inspect/Clean/Adjust Brakes
• Flush Brake Fluid
• Inspect Rear Axle Mounts
• Inspect King Pins, Steering Pins & Bushings
• Repack Wheel Bearings & Replace Seals
• Steam Clean
